To ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction Basanta Tibet has been ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2006.

"Basanta Adventure received for 2 years of training Quality Management System (QMS) organized Planet Finance, French organization.After the foundation of QMS, Company applied for ISO certification which required renewing every year and must go through full audit before renewal of certification.  This is the part of the long term policy of Company to provide consistently high quality service to our clients. ISO 9001:2015 certification has helped company focus and continue improvement following the QMS principal customer satisfaction, Leadership, Engagement of People, Process Approach, Improvement, Evidence based on Decision Making and relationship Management.
