Tibet Group Visa & Minimum Travelers Requirement
According to the latest regulations, a Group Visa for entry into Tibet requires a minimum of four applicants, and there must be a minimum of two travelers to enter Tibet.
Notes
1. Validity in China: The Tibet Group visa will be valid in China as well.
2. Group Travel Requirement: The group visa requires travelers to stay in a group both in Tibet and China.
3. Group Exit Requirement: The group must exit the country together.
China has expanded its visa-free entry scheme to boost Tourism.
China added eight European countries—Bulgaria, Romania, Malta, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Estonia, and Latvia—starting November 30, 2024. This brings the total number of European nations eligible for visa-free entry to 38, with tourists from these countries, along with Japan, able to visit China without a visa until December 31, 2025.
